Our team is experienced in information governance and the daily running of a Registration Authority Bureau, offering a solution which covers Position Based Access Management (PBAC) and Card Management Services (CMS), alongside customer support and management of multidisciplinary services.
Our key reporting function on performance and compliance indicators provides an effective overview of all activity, as well as evidence for your Information Governance Assurance and other internal checks (e.g. national regulatory bodies and internal auditors such as Monitor, CQC and Internal Audit). Reports cover smartcard activations and deactivations, transfers and access updates, lost and replaced cards, certificate renewals, errors and collections, short term access and trend analysis.
We ensure all users who have a responsibility are fully trained, confident they can deliver what's required of them and understand the vital part they play in this area. Our courses provide all necessary information and skills needed by employees. Training materials are based on national standards which support the learning of a Registered Authority service and information governance disciplines.
